HIGHCLERE CASTLE

18th century three-storeyed country house arranged round a central top-lit hall. The exterior has been refaced as Elizabethan elevations in the style of Wollaton by Sir Charles Barry in 1839-42. Bath stone ashlar wall with red brick.
