MALSHANGER HOUSE

House, built circa 1800 and extended in the 20th century. The building is three storeyed and almost square in plan. It stands to the south of the earlier building on the site, thought to have been erected by Archbishop Warham in the early 16th century. The 19th century stable block incorporates an octagonal four storey tower, which may represent part of the gate tower associated with the Tudor house.
