Medieval moat and two fishponds surviving as earthworks. The fishponds are mentioned in a document of 1279. The site was occupied by a fortified manor house built circa 1318, possibly rebuilt after 1474 and replaced in the early 17th century. The 17th century house was ruined in the Civil War and itself replaced in 1769 by the present house.
